(SMART Technology Electronic Commerce) is a self-contained e-commerce model
that enables the rapid construction (as short as one day) and population of
on-line malls and stores. SMART's E-COMMERCE is a revenue sharing model that
enables mall owners and store owners total control and management over the
look, the structure, the size, promotion and visibility of sales made to shoppers
who are provided with an exciting, easy, safe and rewarding experience for
shopping on-line and on-site.
Licensees of SMART's E-COMMERCE provide organizations with the ability to
create their own personal storefronts on a single-brand virtual mall. This
enables "brick and mortar" store owners to sell on the web to its
current customers, and to a whole new set of prospective buyers 24 hours a

Call Center
Call Centeris a communications module that provides on-line
access to enterprise-wide telephonic call histories. This module enables an
enterprise to disseminate telephone, telecopy, Internet dial-up, e-mail, pager,
cell and Palm cal reports in calendar views and other optional descending,
ascending or calculation formats. The Call Center product incorporates
security features that offer different access levels, limiting access by a
single employee to only his reports, managers to department-wide call reports,
and/or senior management to enterprise-wide reports. This module can be used
effectively to create operational efficiencies and monitor telephonic communication
costs. The Call Center functions as both a stand-alone module or as
part of the front end of a total enterprise solution.

Registration
eReservations enable automated registration and reservations for meetings,
conferences and events. For organizations that have multiple meeting spaces
contiguous with their facilities, the system enables the reservation of meeting
spaces and the assignment of rooms on the basis of availability and suitability.
The system also periodically reminds the requester that space has been reserved
and explains how to cancel or change reservations. Statistical data is tracked
on facility usage, usage by organizational unit, costs, etc. Whether conferences,
meeting or events are held within an organization's facility or at contracted
spaces, the system is designed to handle reservations, secure payments, send
notifications, confirmations, promotional descriptions, agendas, and related
activities.

Video Distribution System
SmarTV has expanded its capabilities from a "convergence of television and the
web" philosophy to Video Distribution. The original capability provided
image building and promotional opportunities through an Internet-based vehicle
to showcase its many clients' broadcast television appearances, while providing
them with a dynamic web presence. To fulfill this, SMART Technology, Inc. designed,
implemented and hosted a state-of- the art site complete with video streaming
on demand, surveys, direct links to client web sites, pages that market their
distinct capabilities, and the means to produce and distribute marketing videos,
DVDs, and CDs.
With the consolidation of its services under the Video Distribution
umbrella, SmarTV can now be much more effective in providing the following:
