SMART Technology, Inc. was selected by The Department of the Army to accomplish its goal of reaching both military and non-military engineers and scientists and informing them of available career opportunities and to create an awareness of the general culture of its organization. SMART Technology exceeded the proposed goals by providing a functioning employment and information oriented site, and expanding the original concept into a "brand" orientation with a "community" presence and feel.
