The City of Alexandria’s JobLink Program was put in place to help underemployed, unemployed, and other citizens of Alexandria as well as Arlington County (Virginia) gain new skills and training. SMART Technology developed a web-portal for the program, which gives contact, program, and other information as well as access to over 1600 on-line courses. Additionally the portal was designed to fit into the look and feel of an overall marketing and image campaign that SMART designed for the JobLink program.
